If school taught us to recognize our potential, to later realize it by serving our full potential into our work life, my career counselor role would not exist, and i would be totaly ok with that. Until school reforms itself in that sense, i see my work like a crucial mission, not a job.
It is completely normal to feel alienated from the life we invest when who we are is not at the service of what we do. Choosing is not an easy task when you dont really know who you are. We can learn to cope with life’s obligations more constructively if we contribute to society in a more authentic way. When you dont contribute authenticaly to your work life, this neutral or negative energy output sucks the life out of one’s path…

Come and discover how a career counselor can better help you use the educational system and the labour market to your advantage. I have accumulated over 27 years of expertise as a career counselor with various clients, adults of all ages and teenagers or students. You must be at least in your 5th grade of high school to benefit from my career counselor service.
All my clients have one point in common; they are going through an indecision phase in their lives; regarding work, schooling issues or life project matters.

I also offer a shorten version of my career counselling service (+/- 5 meetings) for people that dont question their work objectives but are having difficulties finding the work they already know they want to do.
When stuck in a more poignant indecision situation, my more or less 8 meetings approach will guide you into a demanding questioning process that will gradually answer the questions that are leading you to me. Usually people consult experts to get an answer from them. My approach of career counselling makes you become a better expert of yourself, so you can better answer your questions and direct yourself more efficiently in a life project that really motivates you. Expect more or less 5 hours of homework between our meetings. In other words this process depends on your willingness to involve yourself.
Asking the right questions during an impass is sometimes hard to grasp alone. The rooting process into yourself i have developped will reveal questioning angles to better align your need for school, work or life project guidance. My goal as a career counselor is to teach you efficient tools that will serve you for the rest of your career, or for any other kind of life project.
